Our very dear DALLAS Y-SHIRVAN is dead.
After given a natural birth to 4 beautifull puppys (2 bitches, 2 dogs), our lovely Dallas had a ceasarian for a 5th dead puppy that would not come out. The puppy was allready dead in her body and a ceasarian was needed. After the ceasarian Dallas woke up and she seemed to look fine and later I took Dallas home. But when I came home it went worse with her health and before the Vet could come (after 15 minutes) she died in my wifes arms. A terrible, terrible loss for both of us. It took me 4 months before I could mention it on my website.

On monday Jarraa flys to Helsinki.
The afghan puppies of Gucci are tomorrow 9 weeks old and are leaving the litter. And some do not stay in Belgium. After the little bitch Janeli Y-Shirvan went to Lanzarota, Las Palmas it is now a beautyfull golden male that flys on monday february 21 with Luifthansa to Helsinki, Finland to his new owner, Nina sarpaneva. The last girl will leave the litter on thursday and will go to the Belgian coast. There are still 3 beautyfull golden boys with black masks available and searching for a good loving home. Hopefully there will be a new owner who likes showing because there is a lot of showquality in this litter. King-kong did a very, very good job. Naturaly with the help of Gucci:-))

Afghan pups of Gucci
The puppies are today, sunday february 2011, just 8 weeks and they start leaving us :-(( The first puppie left the litter on saturday. The new owner, Espino, (Lanzarote, Las Palmas) was the first to pick up her female puppy. She calls Janely Y-Shirvan. A beautiful gold with black mask. It is always a little bit sad when puppies leave us but whe are sure that whe have good owners (otherwise they should not leave us). There are still some male-puppies, red or gold with black masks, who seek new homes.

Dallas in heat BUT NO MATING.
The testresult on saturday was 1,2ng/ml and so the mating should normaly take place be around next friday. To be sure we did again a progesterone-test on tuesday-morning and the result was 5,9ng/ml and Dallas should be mated within 24 hours!!!! I got that result from my vet in the late afternoon so there was absolutely no time to reach the mâle in Denmark in time. I got to start driving inmediately and drive without rest all night long + take a boat oversea to reach the male in time. That was not possible. So, with a lot of frustration, I had to cancel the mating the mating.

Sunday june 22: Bundessiegerrennen 2008 in Hildesheim (Germany). Our Salukis did FANTASTIC and both male and female won the title!!!!
